For two weeks, I have been contemplating on making my first jelly roll cake. It's not just any jelly roll cake. It's green. And to me, green is IN!
What makes it green? Matcha.
The day I had my first venti of Starbuck's Green Tea (Soy) Latte, I fell in love with the green stuff. I happen to know someone who works at Starbucks and he told me what the green stuff is called. He said it's powdered tea called matcha.
While bloghopping on my free time, I saw this, this, and this. The pictures alone make me drool! Hah! Wait till I make my own version. Thanks to these recipes, I could finally make my own!
